I love this time of year. It is the time that three of my babies were born in and one of them turns 9 tomorrow! I can't believe my second born will be nine years old. My baby that was 6 days late and I swore would not be born on Halloween. He (and we) now thoroughly enjoy his special day, just like we do all our birthdays. Today was a great day that was spent...costume hunting and making, bike riding to the cousins, carving of the pumpkins, feeding the dogs pieces of pumpkin, and of course my dad's tradition of drinking warm apple cider. (I prefer it hot, but then the kids complain!)
