Celebration

I have been really bad about updating. We have been busy celebrating my dad's 70th birthday and my brother's 40th. I

made my first attempt at making a cake using fondant. I found a great recipe online and made a great tasting fondant. I am pretty proud of myself and am so excited about all the options that have opened up for me now that I know that I can do this. This kids are very excited too because it gives them more choices at birthday time. I also made cookie pops. These are always a big hit and super easy. I recently made cake pops also but they take way more time, which I did not have at the moment.
